Strawberry Cream Grass Fed Immunity Fruit Snacks

You’ll have your kids wanting to eat the whole batch in one sitting. These store bought fruit snack replacements will be great all summer long! Most importantly, no more high fructose corn syrup, artificial flavors, red 40 or blue 1.

Prep Time 4 mins Cook Time 8 mins Total Time 1 hr 12 mins Servings: 1

Makes about 20 bite size gummies

Instructions

  1. In a small pot, off heat, stir bone broth with gelatin. Let sit 3-5 minutes while you prepare the fruit.

  2. Put strawberries and coconut cream in a high speed blender and blend on high until combined like a puree.
  3. Heat bone broth and gelatin mixture over low heat, stirring occasionally. Once the gelatin has melted and has a smooth consistency, add the honey to the pot stirring until it dissolves.

  4. Add strawberry cream mixture to the pot and mix well over low heat.

  5. Remove pot from the stove and pour the mixture into small silicone molds or shallow dish.
  6. Place the molds into the refrigerator and let sit for about an hour, or until firm. Remove the gummies from the silicone molds and enjoy! Pro tip: place molds on a cookie sheet before filling them so they can easily be transferred to the fridge.
