Found this original recipe in my grocery store catalog and had to share! They are a great and budget-friendly replacement popsicle for most of what the stores have to offer!

In a blender, combine watermelon, sugar, heavy cream and lemon juice. Blend until smooth. Pour into about 8 pop molds filling up to 2/3 from the top.
Add a stick to the center and freeze 3 hours.
Remove from freezer. Add about 1 Tbs of the coconut cream or milk to each pop. Return to freezer for 1 hour.
Meanwhile, add kiwi to the blender and pulse until puree consistency. Add the puree as the final layer to each pop. Return to freezer for 2-3 hours.
Enjoy once completely frozen!
