With ingredients you can feel good about, you (and your kids) will want these in your freezer all summer long!
I can get 3 batches of these with one good sized watermelon. Or this is the perfect recipe to make with watermelon you have left over!

Add everything into a blender and blend until there are no noticeable chunks of watermelon chunks. It should be the consistency of a slushy drink.
*PS, if the blender mixture is too thick add a tablespoon of water at a time mixed in by hand until it thins out. Sometimes the watermelon chunks get stuck too so jiggle those around as it’s trying to blend okay!
Use a funnel to pour slushy mixture into otter pop style, popsicle freeze bags. Be sure not to fill them to the very top, leave some room for it to expand when freezing.
Place right into freezer laying down. In about an hour they should be ready to enjoy!
Jerica is so happy you are getting in the kitchen with your kids and for the nourishment of your family.
