Description

Whenever I thought of a ranch dressing before, I always thought: complicated. However, it is the exact opposite. This recipe is so easy - plus you have full control of the ingredients you put in! No seed oils used here! It is creamy, pairs perfect with a fresh summer salad and is something the whole family will enjoy.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt (I use Face for the thick consistency. I prefer grass-fed but the thickness is unbeatable.)
  • 1/4 cup Buttermilk (I made mine after I whipped up homemade butter. You can easily buy it in the store if you would like or just use milk.)
  • 1 1/4 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Chives or Green Onions, Diced Thinly
  • Any other herbs you would enjoy. (I used fresh oregano in mine.)
  • 1 1/2 tsp Organic Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt (You can add more for taste.)
  • Dash Pepper
Instructions
  1. 1

Put all ingredients into a bowl. Stir everything together. If it is too thick, add more buttermilk. If it is too thin, add more yogurt. Top on your favorite salad or dip garden fresh carrots in! Enjoy!
